Thank you for responding. I have an iPhone 14 Plus running iOS 18.3.2. I never experienced freezing issues until a few weeks ago. Since then, the game freezes at least three times during play. I’ve tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, but nothing has worked. I’ve also lost approximately 30 gold bars, which is really disappointing.
I would love if someone would reimburse my gold bars.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having in the game! Can you please tell me which iPhone do you have right now? Also, which version of the App do you have? Does the game freeze when you watch Ads or while playing levels or any other specific time?
Thanks for the tips, but none of that worked. You’re the only app that ever crashes.
