Im stuck on level 4846. I cleared the board but three dragons are stuck. I used all my power ups and nothing happens. Will I get kicked out the tournament if I quit the level and start it over

Can you please tell me which "Tournament" you are talking about? Is it the "All Stars" or the "Candy Royale"?
If it is All Stars Tournament - nothing will happen! You will just lose all the Purple star candies you have collected in this level. And also, you will lose all the "starting" boosters as you will lose your win-streak!
If it is the Candy Royale — yes! Once we lose a level, we are out of the race! But, it should start again in 30 minutes or so!!

Do you mean the All Stars tournament? Then: no.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
