Video Ads Freezing While Viewing

When watching ads for second chance, some of the ads are freezing causing me to have to close and reopen the game costing me a life. Has happened 2x now. Also when in a game and selecting a color bomb next to a stripe candy and I swipe to combine more than once the color bomb ignored my selection and instead combined with a plain candy located on the other side of the color bomb instead costing me the match. These seem like bugs please fix!!!

I am very sorry to hear that you are experiencing glitches in your game😕

(1) About the freezing Ads —> I would suggest you to report those Ads directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.

(2) With regards to the bugs you have experienced in your game, I will report to our Game Experts' team! By any chance, did you take a screen recording? Screenshot might not show the glitch you had🤔

The Experts' team would need few details! Hence, can you please tell me which device you are using, the version you have right now and in which level this glitch occurred? I will get back to you if they need any other info!
