Horrible Experience !!! Need Customer Support to fix this ASAP

I qualified number 1 on the first knockouts.
I was over level 7200 on Candy Crush… the 2nd knockouts started yesterday and I wasn’t able to see the leaderboard or the ALL STARS event anymore so I logged out…. Now I’m on level 1 and lost all my work.

PLEASE reset my account !!! And let me participate on the 2nd knockouts as I should… again I qualified 1er one on my group
