I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with Critter Catch feature in your game!
After collecting the Butterfly, did you win the level? If we lose the level, the butterfly we caught will not be saved to our collection!
If that is not the case, can you please tell me which device you are using and the version you have right now, so that, I can report the issue to our Community In-charge team?
