I have just completed level 9518 but the game is in an infinity loop. The green shapes fall endlessly. Is this a know issue please?

This is a known issue. It's a matter of dispute whether this is a bug or intended by the game makers. You are supposed to remove the marmalade row by row, and avoid using color bombs (or combos) or setting off fish. Either of these can create a gap in the marmalade, potentially leading to an endless loop.

Unfortunately, the game makers seem to be uninterested in fixing their game, so it is unlikely that diagnostic information will be requested or any action taken.
Not a great answer. No root cause. No diagnostics requested. Close app and try again, which is not good enough

Unable to purchase
