I Lost my progress

I lost my progress, I had to reinstall the application because I couldn't make purchases in the game, I logged in with my email to save my progress, when I logged in with my email again my progress disappeared completely, I was qualified for the ALL STAR championship EMAIL mailtonteixeira89@gmail.com
