Booted from All Stars?

The info says that second chance for the second knockouts goes from 4/7 at 9EDT to 4/10 at 3EDT.

I got booted today (in third place) saying the second chance round was over and my journey has ended (didn’t make the cut.) But… today is 4/8. I still have two days.

I don’t understand?

I agree with Elicea. I thought I could keep going according to the schedule. I didn't think I needed to also read the terms and conditions for more of the schedule. Poorly done, King.

it’s kind of insane that the game has 14 million pop ups, including details about the event, and lists a schedule in the all star section, but that a player would have to go to the terms and conditions to find out that the main schedule shown is a bit misleading.

I understand that not all terms can be presented in that section. But you put an entire schedule. You can’t tell me it wasn’t possible to break it down better.

Like.. how do you provide so much info upfront, but say “nah, let’s make them dig and find out the schedule only gives half the story.”

pretty disappointing. Thanks anyways.

Hello @Elicea . There are two separate rounds to the second chance rounds. This is not clear from the information on your screenshot, but it is written into the terms and conditions:

Second Chance 2 Round 1:

5.6.12. Where Participants: (i) are unable to collect sufficient amounts of All Stars candy in previous Stages, or (ii) have not yet participated in any of the previous Stages, Participants may be offered a chance to pass to Stage 4 through the Second Chance Rounds: Second Chance 2 Round 1 and Second Chance 2 Round 2. Collect the All Stars candy and finish first place in a Tournament Leaderboard in Second Chance 2 Round 1 to reach Second Chance 2 Round 2.

5.6.13. Event Timings: Second Chance 2 Round 1 is scheduled to take place between 09:00AM EDT 7 April - 09:00AM EDT 8 April 2025.

Second Chance 2 Round 2:

5.6.14. Collect the All Stars candy and finish first place in a Tournament Leaderboard in Second Chance 2 Round 2 to pass to the Stage 4 (Final Knockouts Round 1).

5.6.15. Event Timings: Second Chance 2 Round 2 is scheduled to take place between 03:00AM EDT 9 April - 03:00AM EDT 10 April 2025.

The first round did finish at the time stated and I am afraid that you have not been able to qualify for the second round 2. Only players who finished in first place went on to play the second round.
