If the All Stars Tournament is active in your game and you are taking part in it, just like all other rounds, you should see the leaderboard at All Stars icon in your "Events" folder!
Are you not able to find the leaderboard for some reason? When you play and win the levels, did you check if the Purple Candy is being counted?

I just got this when I logged in however I cannot see the event or scoreboard on my events tab
it was on the 3rd at 12:45am. I have not been able to start the final knockout round one yet. I was placed 2 before taking this screenshot

Just to help us give you the most accurate info, could you let us know when this screenshot was taken? The timing will help us confirm whether you were about to start Final Knockouts Round 1 or if a break is currently in effect.
