why have my freebies gone? Is it because I paid for some extras, if so that’s so not fair I’m on level 4457 and feel like I want to Jack the whole thing in 😢

I'm sorry you weren't informed before you've made your purchase. Losing ads and freebies is a well known consequence of paying for extras in-game using real money or giftcards. There are countless players who complain about the same thing and King just ignores them or answers with copy paste "ads are just a testing feature" replies. I've seen one (only ONE!) player here saying, that they've got their ads back after half a year or so of not paying. Other players never got their ads back. You could start a whole new account with a new e-mail-address. Don't pay anything there and you might just get ads on your new account.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
