Elite player can achieve 180K-200K points per house. Also, the server could be slow to update their score or they played offline.
Finally, they could have found a "super level" and won 90K points. I have confirmed the max points for a level is 90K points. These are levels that allow players to use gold to extend play time and rack up around 3000 purple candies. I will say these "super levels" only emerge 1:60 levels.
