I logged in this morning & recieved this, but after tapping "let's go" I haven't seen a cool down quest or anything about the All Stars Competition. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi my friend Please try playing any level you don't have to complete it then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two sometimes this can re trigger things 💓
Support has been no help. Basically said if I'm not seeing the competition under the event tab, I didn't win. How is this allowed?
