Long Streak

I am getting frustrated how every time I'm on a long winning streak and I need to use my coins for extra moves I get the attached screen. So far it's been over 20 minutes. Usually I gove up waiting but I'm on such a long streak I won't. Why does this happen every time I'm going really good?
