We’ll leave until another time the widespread misunderstanding about how up to date the information on the player cards is. There are several helpful players here who must be blue in the face from having to explain over and over again that this information can’t be relied on.

It’s true that the difference between Star Tournament and All Stars isn’t always clear unless you’ve been playing for a while or follow the community closely.

I think this whole Star Tournament/All Stars subject causes a lot of confusion. A lot of players don’t realise they are not the same thing. And how could they, unless they are at the top of the map, or have been in the Community for a while. So @QueenB can I suggest that for All Stars 2026, you include a paragraph in your FAQs explaining the difference.
@SimoneMartins22 Do you understand how the star tournament works now? I hope so as this player is falsely accused here. There is nothing whatsoever wrong with this particular screenshot you posted. It is a normal screenshot for a player at the end of the map who uses the star tournament to compete in All Stars. Could you please possibly acknowledge this? Some of us have really tried very hard to explain.
I presume that passing 737 levels brought her to the top of the map (level 18965) and she then played the Star Tournament levels. These levels are not counted in your ‘levels completed’ tally, only ordinary Candy Crush levels are. The levels completed figure on your player card never increases once you reach the top of the map, no matter how many Star Tournament levels you pass.
The answers given here are a perfect explanation for the lack of levels passed in this particular case.
I try to explain again: When a player comes to the end of the game there is something called the Star Tournament. Let me show you a screenshot as I do have it in one of my games:
It's the "exclusive tournament at the end of the map". Player can tap on that star at the end of the rainbow to access those special levels. Those are useful for players who have run out of new levels to play and who want to compete in leaderboard competitions, because those levels do award the 30x multiplier. However for some reason they never count as "levels passed" on the player cards and they also don't count for the weekly contest, for example. But this does perfectly explain why that particular player sat on 737 levels on their player cards. I guess to really understand this you would have to be playing at the very end of the map, but trust us on that one. This player was not a cheater.

Sorry, I posted the above message a couple of days ago, but it got moderated for some reason and only just now came through.
The player is at the end of the map. This means the progression is done by playing the Star Tournament levels at the end of the map, which are quite good at providing purple candies. So it is quite reasonable that this player is doing well despite having no new levels to play.
The nice thing about the Star Tournament levels is that there are only 82 of them and then they repeat. So you can practice them and get good at them. And they provide the 30x multiplier, just like new levels. So this player is proving it is possible to win the tournament even at the end of the map. I suspected it was possible, and I'm happy to see that being apparently proven here.
If what you mean is that this player has not advanced past level 18965, that is because 18965 is the highest Candy Crush level released so far. They are ‘at the top of the map’ and now have access to the Star Tournament (that is NOT the same thing as All Stars). They can continue to collect purple candies with the x30 bonus on those.
