I've merged another new account with the poppy account and this time I changed the avatar to a photo before merging. Hopefully this did the trick and we now have the poppy picture back. The images do however seem to revert back to the avatars at times. I've seen this for other players on my friends list as well so it's probably related to connection issues as well and goings on at King.

It's odd, actually. When I take the game offline, I see the poppy, but it changes back to Mr. Toffee as soon as the connection is restored.
Maybe it's my game that's messed up.
Has it changed now? I tried to change the picture and made the poppy bigger. You should hopefully all see a poppy now? I think King have changed the game for new players. The Settings has changed to this:
I struggled to find "My Account" due to this. Now I've found it I quite like the new look. But we will need to remember this change when advising players to access Player Support. The "contact us" link still works, but the road there is different.
Oh dear, thanks for the info. I'll have to access the game and change it back then. I am confused since I see the poppy picture myself. The name was "me" though, so I've changed it just now.

Yes. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I tried something out @T0rr1e . I had two accounts merged both with a different email and password two years ago and I was checking if both emails still lead me to the same account (poppy). When I realised the two accounts were still identical I immediately uninstalled the app in the hope it would not save the game, so I'm disappointed that the icon stayed there. Do others see this one or do you see the poppy icon and my name, as you should? @Carol-38 ? @Alienscar ? @MannyFae ?

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
Since the new update I think today as it looks a bit different, every time I play a level a booster gets taken automatically it checkmarks itself anyone else noticed this?
I am unable to play this level, it says I need to collect yellow candies and even before I can play I get the no moves available, unable to complete message. How do I get past it? I have posted problem in support but have not gotten a response.
