Jackpot reward

Hi,

I played Candy Royale yesterday afternoon and successfully passed 21 level on my first try. A message in the game said I would receive a $100 jackpot as a gift for completing the level. However, I have not received the reward yet.

Could you please check and let me know why the prize hasn’t been credited to my account? I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue

You will have to contact King Player Support team and send them a complaint! Please follow below steps to report the issue👇

** If you are playing the game on a computer - Facebook browser version, please use this link to send your complaint —> Contact us

** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
Look for Candy Royale and click on it;
Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case.

Kindly note players are not paid for playing the game in form of money but rather rewards if you complete quests and win contests. Rewards include gold bars which can be used to buy extra moves, booster like the colour bomb and infiny lifes among others. Play the game with the idea of leisure but not to earn. In fact you spend to buy gild bars and boosters to help you in the game

Level 10054
Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?

Why don't I have ads for moves or goldbars
