When you said "you lost all the levels" — did you mean entire level progress of your game or the moves you have earned by watching Ads? Which device are you using?

You Can not loose the progress of you game if you have created an account and you are signed in. Log out and log in again you get you latest level. However if you had not finished the level you were playing when the game disappeared,you will have to start that level afresh. Keep track of your game

Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
