Why are The bonus moves that can be purchased with gold bars, not available?
I am playing on my mobile phone. At the end of a round that was not "I used to be able to get extra moves for so many gold bars. First 10 bars, Then sixteen bars. I am playing Candy Crush Saga.

I am sorry! Are you saying that you are not receiving the option to buy extra moves?
Which game are you playing and which device are you using?
Can you post a screenshot of what you see when the moves are out and you see the notification about losing your level?
