I am a user in Korea with the ID15200745833.
I was participating in the Tier 3 Candy Royale Elite Challenge and was just about to complete the challenge — either on the 24th or 25th stage — when, before the game even started, a message appeared stating that I could no longer continue.(was something like this) The stage was automatically marked as failed, and I was removed from the challenge. Additionally, my Double Charger Bomb was also removed.
This is not the first time this kind of issue has occurred, and I would like to know whether this is a system error or just an unfortunate case of forced failure at random. Until now, I have let these incidents pass, but today I invested significant time and money into the challenge, and I would like to formally raise this issue.
Before being forced out of the challenge, I had secured 188 gold bars, and I used a number of gold bars and boosters while progressing through the challenge. I kindly request that you check your system logs and restore the gold bars and boosters I used.
