Season Pass is an event I get on all android devices but not Apple IPad. Is there a fix for this?

@PummyRaj season pass disappeared from my Ipad some weeks ago after I had completed some levels, it has never returned. Can you assist with this?
I have played a full episode of Candy crush and Season pass has not appeared on my apple IPad.
