Hello!

I’m really sorry to hear that you made multiple purchases from King but didn’t receive the benefits. I completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this is, especially after spending your money.

Sometimes purchases are processed successfully by the app store (Google Play, Apple, Facebook, etc.) but aren't correctly delivered in the game due to a sync issue, network interruption, or game server delay.

To fix this issue, contact King at the bottom of this post, and they'll help you out.
