Yes that does seem strange. Did you go via settings in the app?
I suppose you can understand that if I can't receive emails about the finals or support, this could be affecting me. I bought an ESTA for a trip to the US, and I still don't know if I'll be going to the finals or not.
I'm trying to open a ticket on Contact Us but I still haven't received the confirmation email that they've received my email and will contact me soon. That's what I find strange, that way I don't receive emails from King either.
Normally we should at least receive an automated reply straight away. Did you contact player support via the app?
King are hard if not impossible to contact via email. The player support/customer services department is sending out mostly cut and paste or automated emails and are only able to pacify players who experienced glitches in the game or have problems to retrieve an account, they would not be able to answer any specific question about the selection of the All Stars finalists. I believe that selection is done behind closed doors and in secret. King have covered all this in their terms and conditions of course. I have a bad feeling about this I cannot imagine that King have not yet started to contact the players who are to attend the live finals with less than a month to go.
@QueenB can you shed any light on this? How far is King into the vetting/ selection process of the All Stars finalists?
