We strongly recommend having a stable and strong internet connection, making sure your game app is correctly updated to the latest version, and if you do occasionally purchase , then it’s always better to make sure you have sufficient Gold Bars before starting a level to avoid any potential issues purchasing them at the end which may cause this crash.

If you need to purchase the Gold Bars, occasional connection issues may prevent the purchase going through successfully. When you have come so close to finishing the level this can be greatly frustrating if you can't then use them.

So if you have the Gold Bars already ready and waiting in your account, the chances that you'll encounter an issue when buying become smaller.
