Have you purchased anything in-game like lives, moves, gold bars or boosters using real money or a giftcard before your ads were gone?
If yes: your ads are gone. No one knows for how long. Sometimes forever, other people here got them back after half a year or so of not spending anything.
If no: just wait. Some people got their ads back by waiting.
In any case: there is nothing you can actively do to get them back

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
