Gold bars not received

Hi King Support,

I recently won 217 gold bars from Tier 1 rewards in Candy Crush Saga. However, while I was claiming the reward, the game froze/crashed, and I never received the gold.

Please help me recover the gold bars. Thank you!

You will need to send a online submission to King Customer Care in your game regarding any missing Boosters/Gold Bars.

Under settings select Account & Help and Help Center. From there I selected My Purchases and then Boosters Missing? Here's what you should know.

At the bottom select Still Need Help and submit your issue directly to King Customer Care. I realize you did not purchase the Gold Bars but this is the topic I selected. You can select any topic and use the Still Need Help at the bottom to submit.

This is not King Support this is a forum for players to discuss games and/or issues, enter contests, get general information re upcoming events/features and meet other players who love to play the game.

Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
