Bugged Ad ruined my win streak

I needed one more move to win my game so instead of using my gold i watched an ad. Well unfortunately the ad was one of those interactive games which sounds like a fun idea but in practice is not so great. The game bugged out and kept repeatedly opening the app store after the time was up and would not let me close it out. This caused me to have to close out the app losing all my win streak jackpot earnings. Is there a way to report this bug and get my win streak gold back? The ad was for the grocery game where you put the items in the basket.

There is no way to get your win streak back however way you lost. Once lost that's it. 😐

During gameplay, ads keep popping up and going out, and they don't even give out frisbees as gifts. They used to give frisbees, but even that's gone now. Please fix this ad bug.
