I'm not a newbee, I'm actually on lever 14, 351. I wanted to transfer my candy crush saga from Facebook, but you guys make this impossible. Now I'm listed as a newbee here. I guess I have to keep my Facebook account to keep my level after all.

Sorry you are only listed as a newbie because you are new to the forum not to the game. Did you want to play your game in mobile or on your pc? If you want to play on your pc just download the game from Microsoft store and log in with your Facebook ID. I unfortunately don't play on mobile but I'm thinking it's the same. Go to play store if you are using Android and download the game and do the same. Just log in with your Facebook ID. For apple I'm sure it's the same.
