always said complete some level but never happens
It is a common complaint of players that are at or near to the end of the map that their Episode Race fails to start even though they receive a pop-up stating the the Race will start after they complete level whatever. There is nothing you can do to fix this as it is a result of how the Episode Race uses recordings to work. All you can do is wait a day or two before playing your new levels.
Usually you need to win the first level of an episode to start the episode race. Then you need to complete the whole episode as the first player to win the race. Sometimes it's not the first level of the episode, but the second level. Is your game up to date? Do you have a stable internet connection while playing?

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
