Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting back to your original level! We’d love to help, but we just need a little more info first:

Are you logged in with the same account as before (King or Facebook)?
Did you recently reinstall the game or switch to a new device?
Can you still see your old progress somewhere or is it completely gone?
