What happens to my existing lives when I accept lives from other players that should have totaled 4. I had one existing life and accepted 3 lives and ended up with only 3.

I am sorry to hear that not all your lives were added to your total. Please note that not all the messages in your inbox are lives that your friends sent you. In some cases, the messages are friends requesting you to send them a life.
For this reason, for example, if you accept 4 of your messages in your inbox, you might only get 3 lives or less, as the ones you are not getting might just be a request for you to send a life to a friend instead of receiving a life.

In the last two days the ads have stopped working. If you get a chance to view ads for extra moves the first ad works but when you select to watch the second ad it goes to run it but then the screen goes black and it then returns you to the game. This makes it very difficult and frustrating.
