I have bought the gold pass and have passed all the free level and the gold level.

I have bought the gold pass last week and passed all the levels and I have tried to claim my price but it did not work.
This week I have bought the gold pass again and have passed all the levels, the free and the gold pass. I am trying to claim my price and it is not letting me.
please help

I am sorry to hear about the issue with the Season Pass in your game!

Can you please explain what is happening when you try to collect the boosters from the Gold Pass? Do you get any error message? If so, can you take a screenshot and post it here?
