Yes reply to those emails. Customer Care and Support are the same I think and those are probably those automated replies I mentioned in my post above. If you reply to those emails and state you case again you might be able to reach a real person, but not until Monday at the earliest. It can drag on a bit and I have been passed from one customer care advisor to another in the past, each time I had to restate my case, but eventually they really did help me. I am sorry you are having all this trouble, but yes, this is a players forum and the moderators are all themselves only players, and they too cannot access your account data either. Only player support/customer services can do that.
Hi @SnappyTom I see you are still having problems and are not finding help here. One problem is that at weekends no one from King actually works! Yes, they all take the weekend off and both at player support and in this community you only get automated answers at best. So one thing would be to wait until the new week and then tag @QueenB .
If you contact player support via the app itself you do not need to give them your Player ID. So if you feel the "contact us" link did not work for you try going via the app: Use setting, which is the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen. As @zeus77 pointed out there are two different menus in circulation at the moment. Either of these you need to access the Help Centre, which in the older version is by going into "My account" then the ? icon, and in the newer version by going into "Account and Help" and then the Help Centre right at the top, also with a ? symbol. You will be led to some choices, pick one and then pick another, and finally scroll right down to the bottom of the page and you will see this:
On this screen click on "contact us" at the bottom and this way Player Support will know who you are and will be better able to help you. However, this will take a few days. You should get an automated reply more or less straight away though, to the email address currently linked to the account you are in when you access the Help Centre. Please let us know if this does not happen using the in app contact form. When I use it I always get an automated reply straight within minutes.

I have received 3 emails from Candy Crush Customer Care. Can you clarify if this is from Support? Should I reply to these is emails? It really isn't clear what these emails are for? Just more here are articles you can read, which is not what I am requiring. I think this how I landed here as there is a Register button on the email.

Please don't say anything bad to me or don't scold me. I want to help you. But i can't guarantee anything here. When I ran into some problem I used candycrush@king.com mail id. You get automated response sometimes. Keep replying to it and someone from support will help you.
Also please keep in mind king staff won't work during weekends. You need to wait till Monday.
In addition, the contact form for Support is limited to 500 characters. As you can see from my initial reponse is far more than 500 characters. Do you have advice on what to do there?
I have raised the issue with Support twice now. There has been no acknowledgement from King that support issue has been received or acknowledged. In fact nothing has been received from Support. I was hopeful whoever is in charge here could raise the issue with Support or follow it up. Instead I essentially got advice here, that I should contact someone else (Support) and we can't help any further. Very frustrating… I'm giving you feedback of my experience. Which hasn't been a good experience.
@SnappyTom there is no need to snap at someone. I think you don't know about Christinewupp. She is one of the top experienced players. Her pointers are bomb. She likes to analyse and run different test and HELP players with her experience. Over the years she has helped many. If you've time please read her various threads.
Which menu version you've. There are two menu settings as of now. I believe first settings is Christinewupp.

When this community manager said only 50% have got this menu settings, we made a point saying it's going to be difficult for community member to advice/help players when they run into some issue. No action taken till now.
She was nothing but helpful to you. You could've asked her there is no contact us instead you are saying what advice are you giving here. That isn't nice. She even gave you the link to support.
I literally had to watch a Youtube to find it… you left out a step in your instructions … not impressed.
I just checked the app and theres is NO Contact Us as according to your instructions… what advice are you giving here??
I cannot copy all the information above as there is a character limit on what I can type into the help box. Also are you suggesting I give the Player Id of the new account? Why? It's the old account that I can't access that I want back… or is that going to be the same Player Id… this is getting really frustrating and unhelpful. Can you actually help in a meaningful way and open a case with support and put the information above into a ticket please??
Please could you contact player support via the app @SnappyTom as Queen B suggested. To contact Player Support it's best to go via the app. Click on Settings, which is the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen. Then choose the Account & Help on the first screen and the Help Centre on the next screen, the one with the ? symbol. There scroll through the options until you see "contact us" right at the bottom. If this sounds too complicated you could choose to contact player support using the link below, but you will need to inform them of your player ID in that case.

Sorry to hear you lost your account. Could you let us know if your game was saved with a King or Facebook account? If yes, try logging back into that account from the game settings.
If you were playing without saving your progress, don’t worry, you can reach out to our Player Support and they’ll help you recover your progress: In the game app, tap the gear icon (⚙️), then the question mark (❓) and choose ‘My Game Progress.

Ok, I had a Facebook account up until April 28th, Facebook suspended the facebook account for silly reasons. The game had been saved to Facebook account Craig Gummersall, email Craig_gum@yahoo.com. On the 28th of April, I noticed my profile picture on Candy Crush Saga had disappeared. I realised that it was because Candy Crush could no londer access the Facebook account which was suspended But I could still play from where I left off, everything was intact including Boosters.
Last night, I created a King Account, SnappyTom with the same email as above. I then logged out of Candy Crush (Facebook) and tried to login using the newly created King account as that is what the instruction for swapping accounts says on the King forums. I repeatedly got the message email and password don't match… I know this is not correct as I checked both the email and password many times.
I then tried logging in with a new and different Facebook account Steven Wilde, which worked. It said it saved progress but it was a totally new game at Level one and No boosters!!
I really want my old account back, I know the information must stored somewhere, I have not deleted Candy Crush from my Android phone.
The Boosters is what I really care about! Please help me find my old information attached to the old/suspended facebook account Craig Gummersall.

FYI the way level 9292 is currently set up, it is impossible to win without paying for gold bars or having some in reserve.
