It’s okay — don’t worry, we’ll figure this out together.
Since the usual steps didn’t work, your best option now is to contact King Player Support directly. They’re the only ones who can help restore your levels if you’ve lost access to Facebook. I did contact the support long time ago, and my progress was retrieved. You can click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of this post and follow the instructions.

If your game was connected to Facebook, your progress is saved there. Here are a few things you can try:
1. Try recovering your Facebook account using Facebook's recovery page. Go to FB's help center for tips.
2. Use the same Facebook account (once recovered) to log into Candy Crush again — your levels should return.
3. If you can’t recover your Facebook, contact King Player Support.

Is is possible to secure my level? I can't access my account. I don't know what to do. My games are connected on my Facebook account. I can't get email to verify my account. Anybody help me? Please. I don't know what to do with.
