Why can’t I get ads and lives with from friends anymore?

I am sorry to hear that the Ads are not showing up in your game, I will be happy to explain what is happening.
Please note that special events like the Ads are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often.
However, events and features in our games can temporarily disappear when there is a connection issue during login. Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:
01- Play one level
02- Close the app and restart your device
03- Check that you have a stable connection
Please note that these steps do not guarantee that the feature will return, and we are sadly unable to add features back manually. 😕
As for receiving fewer lives in your game! Let's try a few things to fix that:
Restart the Game
Check Your Connection
Update the Game
Log Out and Back In
In the meantime, please keep requesting lives from your friends so your requests appear in their mailboxes.

Will I be able to solve this without paying.
When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I played more than 50 moves and the gane remained like this without dropping the last number till it ended
level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
