Have you ever had ads in your game or have you never had them? If you've never had them, you need to wait and might just get them at some point. If you've had them at some point but not now: Have you purchased anything in-game like lives, moves, gold bars or boosters using real money or a giftcard before your ads were gone? If yes: your ads are gone. No one knows for how long. Sometimes forever, other people here got them back after half a year of not spending anything. If no: just wait. Some people got their ads back by waiting.
In any case: there is nothing you can actively do to get them (back).

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
For several years now, and across three different phones, I get a Chocolate Box error EVERY single time I play any level. It sometimes even comes up TWICE between plays. I have 3 screenshots with the 3 screens that come up every time. I have force stopped the app with no luck.
