Game glitch

hello there seems to be a glitch. Candy doesn’t re shuffle when no matches are available. Happened a few times now where I’ve had to quit the level and lose a life. It will flash a match that u can’t do. In the attached pic the green candy was flashing as suggested move but it’s blocked.

how can I benefit from the game
Level 14390 impossible to pass
This level is simply impossible to pass. I've hit it as part of the concert chaos event and as with all levels to get a band member in this event, it's impossible without using loads of boosters or spending gold for extra moves. This is ridiculous and just makes the game boring. I feel like I've been stuck on it for weeks…

why did u end the musical event one day ago? I played last whole night to complete the event but u end the event one day ago, I’m very disappointing that act? 🥲🥲 I never trust again on this game 💔💔
Why did you remove the music event?
Why did you just remove the music event from the app?? I had 18 more hours to complete and was on my last 3 laps and it just disappeared. I spent so much time and boosters just so you can do whatever you want? You’re not doing these events fairly
