No gold bars delivered

for the third time in a week I had a long string of completing a level on the first try, which, according to the message on the screen met, I should’ve gotten 41 gold bars, but I . I do have that function turned on. It even tells me how many gold bars I will be getting, and then says to keep winning gold bars to add to the reward. But the string , I get .

I don’t think we’re talking about the same event. After passing a certain number of winning on the first try, it starts to tell me in the message that I will get bars. It then switches to a message that says if I keep passing more levels on the first try, I will increase the number of bars. But when the string ends, I get .

Hello @AAJinx You are apparently writing about the Candy Royale event. For this event it is necessary to pass ALL the levels right up to where you see the cup on the map without failing a single level. So the messages you receive as what your payout will be is just a reminder that you will gain those gold bars if you manage to pass all the levels without failing any. If you fail a level before you reach the cup you do not get anything.

clarification: when the string of winning on the first , I get even though it has been telling me that I will receive a large number of gold bars. Can anybody help about why this is happening and how to start getting the reward?
