I had to delete app and reset, but I lost my level. I was over 14,000

I am sorry to hear that you lost the level progress of your game!
Did you make sure that you are logged into the game with the account you have used before deleting the App? If not, please log into your account and play a level. Then, go back to the map screen and your progress should appear!
If not, you would have to contact King Player Support team and request their assistance!
