I don't know if I'm the only one this happens to, but I no longer see any more ads to win moves. Since they haven't appeared, I haven't been able to pass the levels. I've run out of lingots, no help, and I can't pass the level. Since this has been happening, Candy Crush doesn't seem so relaxing to me.

Yes, this happens to a LOT of players! If you check in the Support forum (choose the ? icon at the top of this web page) there is thread with thousands of complaints just like yours. (It's "video ads disappearing or not available"). In general if your ads disappeared because you made a purchase with real money then they probably will not return. If they disappeared without you ever having spent anything then they will probably come back at some point, but there is nothing any player can do to speed this up, except NOT spend any real money!
