* Are you the only one playing on your device?
* Did you use any Gold Bars recently (like for extra moves, lives, or boosters)?
* Were you playing online or offline when they seemed to disappear?

If you're sure something's off and you didn’t spend them, the best thing to do is contact Player Support so they can take a closer look:

Open the game app

Tap the gear icon (⚙️) to open Settings

Tap the “?” Help Center

Choose a topic and scroll to the bottom to find “Contact Us”

Fill in the details and if you remember the amount of Gold Bars you had, include that too!
