Bug?
It is hard to tell without seeing consecutive screenshots. Could you show us what happens on the next few moves please? Obviously you must understand by this level that the liquorice twists and the black and red canes block the effect of the bubble gum as well. This one looks a pretty grim level! I'm sorry for anyone playing it.

Yes the Bubble gum should damage the blockers next to it in this case the Toffee swirls and jellies, however remember that these last ones consist of severals layers before being able to clear them completely which might make it look like if it had no effect.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
