Email getting spammed after asking for support

I have been trying to get support for a technical glitch I experienced in the game nearly 3 weeks ago. I still have not had anyone even acknowledge the issue much less try and fix it or provide me with any sort of meaningful feedback but I have received repeated and harassing emails telling me to come to the forums and ask the community. In just the last few hours (which by the way was 3 am for me) I got three of these emails back to back. I submitted the request weeks ago and hours ago. Why am I getting so many of these and why is that the only response I’m getting?

Nor was my original request ever responded to. I would appreciate not being gaslit about my own actions just so you can imply that I actually caused this problem and the system is not at all to blame.
I submitted one help request.
I received one reply asking for details in response.
There was no number attached.
I replied.
I never heard back.
I got 20 emails telling me to come to the forum.
I submitted a request about the spam.
I received an email asking for more details with a ticket number.
I replied.
I got 10 more spam emails.
I finally got an answer this morning. Not even from the original person who was supposed to be handling my case.
If your system and records are inaccurate that’s fine but it’s not my responsibility to deal with it.

You're right, I wasn't present when the issue occurred, and I didn’t mean to make assumptions about your actions or suggest that this was your fault in any way. If my wording came across that way, I sincerely apologize. That was never the intention.

When you've reported this, I took over the ticket and handled your query, I understand that the number of automated messages and the delay in resolving your original issue created an upsetting experience, and I completely understand why this felt overwhelming and unfair. and I would like to apologize for that on behalf of our team.

I did not actually respond through the support form. I submitted one form and received well more than 13 emails in response to it. I am not at all confused by what happened but you must be since you weren’t there and cannot say what I did or did not do with any degree of accuracy.

I’d also like to explain why you received so many automated emails. After your initial request was handled by one of my colleagues, it looks like you responded through the support form multiple times instead of replying directly to the same email thread. This created multiple separate tickets — 13 in total — which triggered automatic replies from our system for each one.

I understand this may have been confusing, and I hope this helps clarify what happened.

Yeah I understood “find a support ticket number” well enough. I never received one for the original issue. That’s why I told you that I did not have one. Crazy that they won’t give me any support but will send me 20 spam emails.
The spam issue has been given a ticket number of 15557901. Or I assume that’s what it’s meant to be for. Who knows when you receive no replies from them.

Usually when you open a ticket with our Support team, the e-mail includes an 8 digits number which is the ticket number, please try to locate that for me to check.

Or share with me your game user ID so I can try and locate the ticket you've opened, here's how to find it:

01- DO NOT TAP ON PLAY.

02- Tap on "My Profile"/ "Account".

03- In the upper part of the screen, there will be the King logo. Would you be so kind as to double-click on it, please?

04- Copy that number and send it to me, please.

I have attached a visual guide of those steps.
