One of the most frustrating issues I face in Candy Crush is the sudden disappearance of the Super Color Bomb without any clear reason, even though I haven’t lost or made any mistakes. This happens repeatedly, and it causes me a lot of frustration. The Super Color Bomb is one of the most powerful tools that I look forward to during special events, and it is what gets me excited to play at specific times.
What bothers me even more is that this event comes around every 4 days, and it’s something I eagerly wait for, but when the Super Color Bomb disappears without any obvious reason or explanation, my enthusiasm for playing begins to decline. The repetition of this issue, with no loss involved, makes the experience unenjoyable and increases my feeling of frustration, especially since I look forward to these moments.
I hope the game will address this problem and provide a solution so I can enjoy the special events without facing these repeated obstacles, which negatively affect my experience with the game. Ultimately, gaming should be an enjoyable and exciting experience, but such issues can lead to a loss of passion.

I have wondered if the Super Color Bomb disappearing might be due to the event "going away" at a particular moment, and that maybe the timer doesn't take into account the possibility of the event going away before the 24 hour timer would have expired. I haven't seen this happen very often, but I have had it happen a couple of times. I suspect I almost always finished using the Super Color Bomb well before the event would have gone away, since I was always moving fast prior to getting to the end of the map, so it makes sense that I would have only seen it happen a couple of times if that is the reason. If it is the reason, King should try to fix this so that the timer shows the real amount of time left instead of the full 24 hours, or else allow the full 24 hours even if the event has already ended.

It happened to me three times; it disappears before 24 hours.
For example, yesterday, after I got it, it disappeared after an hour of use.

This has been happening to me repeatedly. I wish there were a way to log a bug report, because I have the approximate timestamp this happened to me. Just now, I won the level, and then the my coveted super candy bomb blew up. It was done. So unfair. I was supposed to get 24 hours or until loss. I'd like some sort of restitution. I've been a loyal customer for at least 12 years.

This happened to me several times. In hind sight, I think the bug has something to do with the use of multiple devices in my case. It works fine if I keep playing on the same device.
There were times that I didn't want waste time to scroll down the map to play some old levels to collect candies for the chocolate box. So, I opened up other devices that were already near those levels.
