Tooth Fairy Doesn't Unlock

Hi @Pummy_Raj ! i am facing the same problem ! I am at level 785 to 786 and for 4 days i am still at the road block. The tooth fairy shows 0H 0 M 0s . I am playing from web browser with king.com account . My game account is MirceaHoria82. Thank you !

I was about to follow up with you today or tomorrow as it has been 15+ days since you started new episode

I am very glad to know that your game is all good with the Road Blockers on your Mobile device

Enjoy your game and all the extra features as well on the Mobile version! One heads-up... do not pile up too many boosters on your Mobile game as these devices tend to crash for no particular reason. The boosters & lives will be lost because of that and they cannot be restored!!

Hi @Cezdiamond, @Pummy_Raj! I had again the same issue at level 590 (on my desktop, playing online). As promised, I installed the game on a mobile and the road was unblocked immediately.

In fact, on mobile there is no blocked roads (I'm not complaining!

). Since last blocking point on desktop, I passed 4 other road blocks, without waiting days, tickets from friends or paying. (again, I'm not complaining

Very Very sorry that the issue is not cleared in your game yet!! But, I am glad that you won't have to wait for longer as you will be moved manually to the next episode. You should be able to see the results by end of tomorrow (max)!!

what's going on with your game?? I am very sorry that you have been having this "Road Block" issue after every episode!!

But, the Community Manager @Cezdiamond informed last time that (in page 2), they can move you manually to the next episode. I will also inform and give a heads-up in our "Superstar" area. You will see good results either tomorrow or day after only though!!

@Cezdiamond, just for your info: I reached the next "Road Block" (level 530) and the problem is still persisting. I will use gold bars for passing now. Good luck on solving the issue!

Can you please provide few more details --
(1) Do you play on Mobile device(s) also OR just on Laptop?
(2) Did you log in through Kingdom account to play the game?
(3) Is this the first time this issue occurred on your game or is it recurring?
(4) If it happened before, how many days did it take for your to go to the new episode?
(5) If this is the first time this is happening, from how many days have you been waiting?

Please reply back with all these details by tapping on "Type your Comment" box located below and also please tag me with @ and my name (without space in between) just like how I wrote your name above, so that I get immediate notification.

I will immediately inform the Community Manager about this, Since it is weekend, they will be coming back and checking on Monday only. I am sorry to say that you will have to wait till then to get an answer.

We've been experiencing issues with life, roadblock and extra moves requests at king.com. In spite of their best efforts, our Studio team haven’t yet been able to resolve this issue, but are still working very hard to get a fix in place for you.

Due to the nature of this type of investigation, it’s not possible to give an exact date for the resolution, I’m afraid. The Studios strive to deliver the best playing experience, but bugs or errors can be tricky to pin down for a number of technical reasons.

The issue is only with king.com platform however, and if you are able to play on another one, we recommend using that as a workaround for now. Other supported platforms are Facebook, Windows 10, Android, Apple and Kindle. You can find links to these platforms here under "Play Now".

This is a frustrating issue to have but hopefully you are able to play on the platform of your choice really soon.

Doubtful, since king is getting a squillion dollars as a result. I myself bought 2 lots of gold bars thinking that it was a temporary issue. You people cant seriously expect us to buy gold bars every episode..
