Lost all ways to get extra boosters or moves.

Hello Candy Crush. A friend bought me a CC gift card which I loaded to my game and since then I have lost all ways to win extra boosters, I get no ads, no cinema in the events tab, when I loose a game I get no chances to win extra moves anymore. This is very unfair. I have been playing for 13 years and this has never happened. I have heard that this happens if you purchase anything to help in game. I didn't but it a friend did and now I am being penalized for it. Very unfair.

Hello @lousyshot Oh dear! This is the most cruel and horrible thing that King do to us, but it is how they run the game I am afraid. If we ever spend any money on Candy Crush they change our "test group" to the one that never sees any ads. I have heard this before from other players that using a gift card, a well meant and kind gift from a well meaning and kind friend, will have the same effect. I am very sad about this but the truth is that this is how the game is. I've been around this community long enough to know this but King won't admit to it. It is unlikely that player support can rectify this, I'm not sure they have this in their power, but you can certainly complain to them via the link that Kiara posted and maybe they will give you some compensation.
