"There used to be ads for extra draws before or after the game. Now those ads don't appear anymore. Why is that?"
Have you purchased anything in-game like lives, moves, gold bars or boosters using real money or a giftcard before your ads were gone? If yes: your ads are gone. No one knows for how long. Sometimes forever, other people here got them back after half a year of not spending anything. If no: just wait. Some people got their ads back by waiting.
In any case: there is nothing you can actively do to get them (back).
