Having setup CCS on a new device, I see that my GOLD did show up, but none of my boosters are available. How do I transfer those to my new device?
Unfortunately boosters on CCS are stored on your device (client sided if im correct) they can't be shared with other devices, but hey you gotta use all of them on your old device so you can crush some more levels 😉 have a good day.

I haven't heard of copying the file from one device to another though! We were always informed that it is not possible to transfer the boosters & lives across devices! Whenever I changed the device, I always loose those saved up boosters🙃
That's a bummer!! The old device was OLD hardware and just couldn't keep up with rendering anymore. I'm almost at level 8000 and thus had a LOT of boosters built up.
I wonder if there isn't a file or something I could copy from one device to the other to get that stored info??!! I feel like I've done this before a long time ago… I'll research that… or wait and see if anyone responds to that idea.

It is not a glitch but the King Saga games work that way!
When we save the game either through Facebook or King account and transfer the game to a new device - both Gold bars and level progress will be synced as these are saved to King servers!
Whereas the boosters & lives are stored to local memory of the device we use, which is not possible to transfer! If you still have your old device, please continue playing the game and use those boosters!
If you are using an Apple device, there is an option of saving the game to iCloud - which makes it possible to transfer both level progress & boosters across your Apple devices! I haven't tried it! Hence, I am not sure how it works!

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
