@zeus77 asked, if you've purchased anything in-game using real money. If you have spend any money or giftcards in-game your ads are gone. Sometimes forever, sometimes just for months or half a year. There is nothing you can do to get your ads bac, other than don't spend anything and wait. But even then it is not guaranteed to get your ads back.

namaste. is gem mein vigyaapan sthaayee suvidha nahin hai. kya aapane boostar, laif, goldabaar khareede hain. agar haan, to aapako vigyaapan nahin milenge. agar aapane kuchh nahin khareeda hai, to aapako apane vigyaapan vaapas mil jaenge.
