After level 19385 no more levels?

I buyed some goldbars and super powers because i wanted to win the weekly race…
But there were no levels left to achieve my goal… so you billed my purchases… but it was not possible to play the necessary levels…
Please refund my purchases… you did not deliver a possibility to achieve..

Every wednesday new levels are released. Those new levels and levels after 17000 are quiet difficult to pass without strong booster and by using gold stash for extra moves.
If the items you've purchased does reflect in your game, then you cannot get refund.
