My gold bars have decreased

I won the episode race today. I won 25 gild bars. I watched ad and gained 15 extra gold bars. But when i clicked claim button the status of my total gold bars got decreased. Can someone please check the history and correct this error for me

No I have not used them for extra move. I won the race and got 25 bars plus extra 15 for watching the ad. So my total should exceed 3000. It becomes 2119. Next day automatically it becomes 2116. You can't use 3 bars for anything. Something went wrong.

Hi. Do you remember using gold bars for extra moves while playing an episode race. Normally we pay gold for extra moves(sometimes ads). If your used gold bars for extra moves they deduct it.

Tried contacting support team. No luck. They misunderstood my request. I lost gold bars and want them back. Pls help
